Many people have asked how to lose weight. There are many things that will help you to lose extra weight. Working out at the gym is important and will benefit your health in more than just your weight. But if that is all you are doing that is unfortunately not enough. You also have to change your eating habits and be aware of what you are fueling your body with everyday. Incorporating a healthy diet and a fitness routine in your life will make drastic improvements to your emotional and physical health including your weight.
How can CCCFit help? We will be beginning a six month challenge starting January 1st. Each month we will suggest eliminating a certain thing from your diet for the month. This may be common allergens that you didn't realize were effecting you or something that is just bad for you. We will also be having a 6 week biggest loser challenge starting the second week in January. More information on this to come.

We're offering a FREE week of CCCFIT to potential new members looking to give it a try. What do you have to lose? Come see why we are different from your ordinary gym! Just show up with comfortable clothes and your trainer can help with the rest.
Compliment, and maximize your WODs with Yoga. Improve mobility, balance, functional strength, body, and breath awareness. It's great way to break up the week, and wind down after a busy and active day. Bring your yoga mat, and get ready to stretch, and relax. Classes will begin March 5th on Wednesdays @ 7 pm (approx. 45 mins).
1st & 3rd Saturday of each month.
Starting in January we will be offering a weekly elements class. This class will be for new members but also for anyone wanting to better understand our fitness movements. This class will be offered Fridays at 6:00 pm. If this is anyone's current class you can still continue to come and enjoy the workout.
